Default 5 ways to build a buyers list

Just thought I'd throw these out there for those that are having a hard time building a buyers list. I know it's not much, but every bit counts, so yeah I hope it helps.

    1. Go to a local real estate club

    2. Go to a public auction

    3. Ask a renter for the properties he's interested in

    4. Look for the "I buy houses" ads in the newspaper

    5. Go to craigslist, backpage or any other websites that have ads.

Very nice information you have given here for me. Now days we have so many methods to develop a buyer's record. Some that can take lots of cash from your pocket. However, the internet resources are a best option to get your buyer's record.

One of the best way is to use social media. Twitter - very similar to Facebook except you can build your own background. Make sure if you do this, you put a place where you capture email addresses. Again follow some prominent national and local real estate investors and see who is following them and check them out to see if they live in your area. Try to build a list of followers and follow a number of people. It is like friends on Facebook. If you tweet interesting information, people will appreciate it and retweet your content and this will bring you more followers who you can try and convert to your list.

    Hi,
The author provided very nice suggestions to collect and increase the list. One more thing which I do is, getting the sellers list because some sellers may also be the buyers for sometime.
