What the Owner says:We made the decision to move to Rustington just over 12 years ago because of all the amenities the village had to offer. It was by chance we heard about this bungalow. It was a surprise to find it was positioned just behind the shops, perfect, it enabled us to give up the car.

Since being here I have had both the heating and electrics updated. The garden was paved for ease of maintenance and have kept the bungalow maintained in good order.

I can honestly say I have enjoyed living in the Cul de Sac but the opportunity has come up to move close to my growing family.
